This role serves as the central "architect" for the company’s revenue operations. As the primary business owner of the CRM and marketing automation ecosystem, the successful candidate will bridge the gap between Sales, Marketing, and IT to build a scalable, data-driven customer journey.

The Opportunity
This is a strategic, "hands-on-keyboard" position. The ideal candidate will move beyond simple administration to own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and performance outcomes for all digital commercial workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Strategy & Governance: Define and document the customer journey across B2B and B2C channels. Own the business logic for lead lifecycle stages, qualification criteria, and sales cadences within Salesforce.
- Marketing Automation: Design and execute automated nurture flows, including lead scoring, segmentation, and trigger-based campaigns for new product launches and seasonal promotions.
- E-Commerce Integration: Serve as the business owner for integrating e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central) with the CRM. Automate post-purchase workflows and ensure accurate revenue attribution.
- Sales Enablement: Empower the sales organization by automating lead routing, creating real-time pipeline dashboards, and simplifying workflows to increase selling time.
- Data & Analytics: Establish reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility into pipeline health, campaign performance, and revenue impact. Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales, Marketing, IT, and external implementation teams to ensure system security, data integrity, and operational alignment.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in omni-channel marketing or sales enablement, preferably within the Food & Beverage or CPG manufacturing space.
- Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce and modern marketing automation platforms. Ability to define technical requirements and partner effectively with IT and external vendors.
- Process & Strategy: Demonstrated success in designing and operationalizing customer journeys and lead lifecycle frameworks.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to build dashboards, define KPIs, and drive performance optimization through data.
- Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage roadmaps, backlogs, and multiple stakeholder priorities simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
