Plant Manager Responsibilities
- Managing a team of 100 employees and their day to day operations on the floor
- Scheduling and overseeing the daily operations on the floor of the production plant
- Creating new processes and KPIs to make the team and current processes in place more efficient
- 10 years of experience in people management
- Previously created KPIs to measure processes or people performance
