Plant Manager

Our client, a multi-billion dollar consumer products company, is looking to bring someone on their team as a Plant Manager. This position will be balancing managing a team and the day-to-day production on the floor. The ideal candidate has an industrial engineering or mechanical engineering background with plant leadership experience.

Plant Manager Responsibilities

• Managing a team of 100 employees and their day to day operations on the floor
• Scheduling and overseeing the daily operations on the floor of the production plant
• Creating new processes and KPIs to make the team and current processes in place more efficient
  
  

Plant Manager Requirements

• 10 years of experience in people management
• Previously created KPIs to measure processes or people performance
