- Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 base salary eligibility to earn a 15% bonus

- Location: Schaumburg, IL
- Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week required, Wednesdays are required)

The Senior Business Excellence Partner will identify opportunities, build solutions, drive adoption and measure results. You'll partner directly with leaders across operations, finance and customer-facing teams while gaining visibility into strategic business initiatives and organizational performance.
What's the job?
- Serve as a trusted advisor and change agent across the organization
- Identify operational pain points impacting productivity, quality, customer experience or financial performance
- Analyze current-state processes and challenge existing workflows to uncover improvement opportunities
- Design and implement scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
- Build low-code/no-code prototypes, pilots and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas before larger-scale implementation
- Facilitate process improvement workshops, Kaizen events and stakeholder working sessions
- Develop business cases supported by data and measurable outcomes
- Establish baseline metrics and track post-implementation performance
- Drive adoption of new processes, tools and operating models across teams
- Leverage tools such as Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Power Automate, Salesforce, ServiceNow and AI-enabled technologies to improve business processes
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement experience; Black Belt preferred for senior-level candidates
- 7 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business transformation or continuous improvement environments
- Experience delivering measurable business results through implementation, not just strategy development
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Experience working within complex operational, service, manufacturing, supply chain or transactional environments
- Proficiency with data analysis, workflow automation and process optimization tools
- Demonstrated curiosity, initiative and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience utilizing emerging technologies and AI tools to improve operational performance is highly preferred
- Competitive base salary of $120,000 - $150,000
