As an Interim Procurement Manager - Ingredients, you will play a key leadership role in driving procurement excellence across our organization. You will develop and implement procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and optimize category spend with a specific focus on ingredients. Your strategic mindset, financial acumen, and ability to influence cross-functional teams will be essential in shaping the procurement roadmap and delivering long-term value.

Interim Procurement Manager - Ingredients Responsibilities

Your leadership in this role will help transform the procurement organization into a best-in-class function. You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure alignment with business goals, focusing on value creation, quality, and efficiency. Your contribution will be vital to achieving sustainable sourcing and enhancing supplier performance.

• Deliver ownership savings through strategic sourcing and supplier consolidation
• Define and manage the Procurement vision, aligning with senior leadership
• Develop and execute long-term procurement strategies for key commodity categories
• Foster collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to support innovation and cost-saving initiatives
  
  

Interim Procurement Manager - Ingredients Requirements

In this role, success depends on a mix of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for a candidate who is driven, adaptable, and capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing commodity categories
• Proven ability to analyze economic and market trends to inform procurement decisions
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or Accounting (preferred)
• At least 5 years of sourcing and supply chain experience
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; ERP experience (SAP preferred)
