Position: Lead Software Engineer
Overview
We are seeking a full stack Lead Software Engineer with strong Java and Angular expertise. This role includes both hands-on development and technical leadership. You’ll contribute directly to the architecture and build of financial applications supporting clearing services and exchange operations (non-latency-sensitive).
This position is also ideal for someone looking to grow into a Development Manager role, with immediate opportunities to mentor and lead a cross-functional team.

Position: Lead Software Engineer
Overview
We are seeking a full stack Lead Software Engineer with strong Java and Angular expertise. This role includes both hands-on development and technical leadership. This position is also ideal for someone looking to grow into a Development Manager role, with immediate opportunities to mentor and lead a cross-functional team.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and implementation of full stack financial applications using Java, Spring, and Angular.
- Provide technical direction to a team of six: full stack developers, QA personnel, and a UX designer.
- Collaborate with Product, DevOps, Security, and QA to deliver reliable, scalable software.
- Participate in architecture planning, code reviews, and technical strategy discussions.
- Develop systems supporting clearing workflows, exchange operations, and financial transaction processing.
- Establish and maintain engineering best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Serve as a key part of the succession plan for future Development Manager responsibilities.
- 7 years of software engineering experience with primary focus on Java/Spring development.
- Strong experience with Angular or similar frontend frameworks.
- Background in financial technology—especially clearing, exchange operations, or post-trade systems.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or guiding technical teams.
- Strong architectural thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Interest in transitioning into a formal engineering leadership role.
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Salary : $160,000 - $175,000
