Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support daily inventory operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor while also managing essential inventory data and analysis.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily inventory activity across 100–300 locations
• Perform cycle counts and resolve variances accurately and efficiently
• Use scan guns and ERP/SAP systems to maintain real-time inventory accuracy
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and IC team members
• Split time between the floor (60%) and desk-based responsibilities (40%)
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of inventory or supply chain experience
• Strong cycle count experience
• Excel skills (sorting, filtering, simple formulas)
• Experience using a scan gun
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

The budgeted pay for this role is $22-26 per hour.
