Human Resources Manager Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact and liaison for employee inquiries, concerns, conflict resolution and off-boarding between managers and employees.
- Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions in line with company policies.
- Create and drive policy and HR programs across the organization.
- Suggest and implement enhancements for the employee relations program.
- Assist in the administration of performance review cycles and goal-setting processes.
- Provide guidance on coaching, feedback, and development planning.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.
- Bachelors degree preferred; SHRM or similiar certifications are a plus
- 8 years of human resources experience in a generalist capacity
- Manufacturing, distribution or similiar industry experience required
- Proven ability to successfully manage an employee relations investigation program.
- Proven experience driving policy changes in a matrixed organization.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
