This role is will support three vital business units and have a focus in talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
HR Business Partner Responsibilities
- Apply HR guidelines and standards in daily operations while working closely with HR colleagues and organizational leaders.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle from compensation, benefits, and leave administration to performance issues, investigations, talent development, engagement, and training programs.
- Partner with leadership to implement the company’s talent strategy, including workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and succession initiatives that drive a strong performance culture.
- Develop and execute initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and overall workplace satisfaction.
- Provide managers with expert HR guidance on people matters, policies, procedures, and HR programs, offering solutions that align with best practices.
- Lead HR initiatives that foster a culture of excellence, collaboration and innovation, positioning our client as an employer of choice
- Manage employee relations investigations as they come up
- Assist with performance management at the plant and corporate level
- 5 years of dynamic HR experience, with recruitment experience as well
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or a related industry is required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Prior experience in HR COE focuses including labor relations, talent acquisition, organization & talent Management, and workforce planning.
- Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
