Bilingual Human Resources Generalist

Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Bilingual HR Generalist with a strong focus on benefits administration to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs while supporting a wide range of HR functions within a fast-paced staffing environment. The HR Generalist will work closely with employees, management, and external partners to ensure compliance, provide guidance, and deliver excellent employee support.

What You'll Do:

• Administer health, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness benefit programs.
• Guide employees through benefit options, enrollment, and eligibility.
• Partner with brokers/vendors during open enrollment and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, and other regulations.
• Support HR processes including onboarding, payroll deductions, and employee relations.
• Assist managers and employees across our staffing teams with HR and benefits questions.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• 2 years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of benefits administration.
• Familiarity with staffing or high-volume hiring environments a plus.
• Solid understanding of compliance and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Spanish - written and verbal
