What You’ll Do

• Build & Lead People Strategy: Architect and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports business growth, employee experience, and culture
• Lead Expansion Staffing: Oversee workforce planning and hiring strategy for U.S. and European growth
• Drive Talent & Organizational Development: Optimize structure and roles for performance, while leading development and succession initiatives
• Be a Culture Champion: Partner with the CEO to embed values, drive engagement, and foster inclusion across all sites
• Design Competitive Compensation Programs: Align pay, benefits, and incentive strategies with talent retention goals
• Modernize HR Systems: Oversee tech implementation for streamlined HR operations and insights
• Lead DEI Initiatives: Embed equity and belonging into all people practices and policies
• Ensure Compliance & Mitigate Risk: Maintain alignment with employment laws and best practices

What You’ll Bring

• 10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5 years in senior leadership
• Strong background in manufacturing, food ingredients, or supply chain-based industries
• Track record of scaling HR functions during periods of growth or international expansion
• Exceptional communication and executive presence
• Strong understanding of labor compliance, safety standards, and employee relations in operational environments
• Strategic mindset and hands-on leadership style
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred

Compensation: $130,000–$145,000 (depending on experience)
