Team Structure / Reporting To / Direct Reports

Reports to Engineering Manager or Senior Engineer; works collaboratively with other designers, engineers, and project teams. No direct reports.

Software Used (Required?):

• AutoCAD (required)
• SolidWorks (required)
• Other design tools as needed
  
  

Responsibilities

• Create detailed technical drawings and designs using CAD software based on specifications.
• Modify existing designs to meet updated requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to provide design solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all design work.
• Review and verify drawings for quality and compliance.
• Support project planning and provide technical input.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in design and drafting workflows.
  
  

Compensation / Bonus / Additional Incentives:

• Salary Range: $30-33 on contract - $55,000 – $70,000 annually
• FLSA: Non-Exempt
