Contract Recruiter

We are hiring for a Contract Recruiter to support our client’s Talent Acquisition team in Pueblo, Colorado. This Contract Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting for Supervisor-level and above roles (including maintenance/production leadership, and engineering) as the site ramps up hiring and adds additional shifts.

This is an exciting opportunity for a someone who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments and wants to be part of a growing operation undergoing major transformation and investment. This is a contract opportunity and will be primarily on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Supervisor-level and above positions, including maintenance/production leadership, engineering and select confidential roles.
• Source, review resumes, and screen candidates to quickly identify qualified talent for priority openings.
• Schedule and coordinate interview steps, including an initial virtual interview followed by on-site interviews as needed.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to keep requisitions moving efficiently and support high-volume staffing needs across the site.
• Leverage recruiting tools and platforms (ATS and job boards) to build pipelines and maintain consistent candidate flow.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-urgency environment.
• Experience recruiting for leadership and/or technical roles in a manufacturing/production environment (e.g., supervisors, maintenance/production leadership, engineering) is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Pueblo, Colorado
• Comfortable handling confidential searches and maintaining discretion throughout the recruiting process.
• Experience using an ATS and recruiting platforms/job boards (Workday/Indeed/LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a plus).
