Accounts Payable Specialist

LaSalle Network is partnering with a high-growth manufacturer in Westminster, CO to bring on a contract Accounts Payable Specialist who’s ready to hit the ground running. If you're energized by fast-paced environments, love problem-solving, and have top-notch invoice accuracy, this role is for you.

What’s the job?

• Process a high volume of invoices daily
• Match POs and packing slips to vendor bills
• Manage vendor communication and resolve discrepancies
• Track aging reports and assist with month-end close
• Ensure all financial data is accurate and audit-ready
  
  

What’s needed?

• 1 year of recent accounts payable experience
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP or Oracle a plus
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and a proactive attitude
• On-site availability in Westminster, CO

Compensation is based on an hourly rate of $23–$28 per hour, depending on experience and skill set. LaSalle Network contractors have the opportunity to enroll in benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance.
