SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, delivering exceptional support and solutions that foster loyalty and satisfaction. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help create positive experiences, resolve inquiries efficiently through telephone and email, and promote our brand’s reputation. This will be achieved by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing product information. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring each interaction is positive and professional.
- Assist clients with inquiries, product information, billing issues, and service requests with clarity and confidence.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer needs, promote new products or services, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Manage data entry tasks accurately within customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software tools.
- Handle transactions and process payments securely when necessary.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues swiftly, utilizing analysis skills to identify root causes and solutions.
- Inform customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customers.
- Enter order(s) into sales system to determine total cost for customers.
- Forward shipping documents to fulfillment/shipping for review.
- Follow up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates.
- Prepare invoices and assist managers with order entry.
- Check shipping orders to ensure they are accurate regarding quantities shipped. This is done by comparing shipping documents with computer generated reports.
- Specify if special labeling is required for shipment and in some instances supplies to the shipping department.
- Confer with production, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments.
- Answer questions from customers or individuals on products or direct them to a person that can assist them.
- Maintain customer name and address database.
- Assist in warranty/exchange requests.
- Work alongside Compliance and eventually learn how to process regulated products.

SKILLS
- Fluency in English is required
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred
- Demonstrated sales skills with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products effectively
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems
- Excellent communication skills with active listening capabilities and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience in currency handling, typing accuracy, and analysis of customer data is advantageous
- Outgoing, self-motivated personality
- Able to work with little to no supervision over time
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Must be willing to become familiar with products lines and customer base
- Must be willing to become familiar with data work systems and be able to input and retrieve data
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.

For the most part, ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment are standard.
Normally Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
