ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform bench-type processes to complete mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies, using hand and pneumatic tooling.
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department manager.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance and safety standards.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
- Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
- Fluency in the English language, both written and verbal.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Following established methods and procedures, must be able to perform, but not limited to the following operations necessary to assemble products and finished goods.
- Use and be familiar with assembly and measuring tools, interpret visual aids and must be able to perform simple shop math.

The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields, mandatory hearing protection, close-toed shoes, etc.
For the most part, ambient room temperatures, lighting, and a traditional manufacturing environment are standard.
Normals days and hours are Monday-Thursday, 5:30am-4pm
