The Trade Compliance team plays a critical role in supporting international business operations. This position provides guidance on U.S. State Department and U.S. Commerce Department controlled imports and exports, ensuring compliance with ITAR and EAR regulations while enabling global growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute compliance policies (e.g., visitor processing, foreign travel, restricted party screening) in accordance with U.S. trade regulations.
- Provide compliance guidance to internal teams.
- Prepare and manage license and agreement applications.
- Maintain accurate recordkeeping for U.S. Department of State and Commerce licenses.
- Review export authorizations for accuracy and adherence to corporate trade policies.
- Assess applicability of exemptions/exceptions and ensure understanding of current U.S. Government authorization requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 2-4 years of experience with ITAR and EAR regulations.
- Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate across functions.
- Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and related software tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% if required.

- Background in Business, Political Science, or International Studies.
