Our client is seeking a Paralegal to join their team and provide high-level support to the office of the General Counsel. This is a hands-on role focused on contract management, litigation support, and compliance initiatives across large-scale construction and commercial projects. The position is based on-site, offering exposure to complex legal matters in a fast-paced environment.
- Draft, review, and manage a wide variety of construction and commercial contracts and subcontracts.
- Maintain and organize contract databases within the ERP system.
- Assist with document production and discovery requests, including coordination with outside counsel.
- Manage pre-litigation and litigation files, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
- Support compliance and risk mitigation efforts across multiple business units.
- 3-5 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department; construction law experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe or Bluebeam Revu.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred (or equivalent experience).
Salary : $65,000 - $95,000
