A respected, growing law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with experience or strong interest in Labor & Employment matters to join its expanding team. While the firm has a particular need in its Columbus, Ohio office, outstanding candidates in other office locations will also be considered.This is an excellent opportunity for a strong litigator who enjoys direct client engagement, complex problemsolving, and the chance to build or deepen experience in the labor and employment space.Labor and Employment Key Responsibilities:Handle a broad range of labor and employment litigation, including discrimination, wage and hour, restrictive covenant, and employment-related business disputes.Conduct workplace investigations, advise clients on compliance, and support employers in daytoday HR matters (commensurate with experience).Manage client relationships and provide practical, strategic guidance.Work collaboratively with partners across offices to support client needs and expand the L&E practice.Participate in business development and practice growth initiatives.Labor and Employment Qualifications:Juris Doctor and active law license in Ohio (or ability to waive in); candidates in other firm markets will be considered.Strong litigation background (labor and employment experience preferred but not required).Interest in developing or expanding a practice in labor and employment law.Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills.Ability to manage cases independently and communicate effectively with clients.Labor and Employment Attorney Benefits:Competitive compensationCollaborative, teamoriented cultureStrong administrative and litigation supportProfessional development and training opportunitiesMeaningful autonomy with room for practice growthMultiple office locations for placement flexibility
