General Liability Associate Attorney
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
A top-tier defense litigation firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney (3-8 years) to join its general liability team. This role involves defending claims related to general liability, insurance defense, premises liability, trucking / transportation, and construction incidents.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of litigation independently
Conduct and defend depositions, court appearances, and motion practice
Draft pleadings, perform legal research, and develop trial strategies
Communicate proactively with clients and collaborate with senior attorneys
Qualifications
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
IN State Bar admission in good standing
Strong litigation and deposition experience
Excellent communication and tech skills
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $160,000 - $190,000 USD
Eligible for discretionary bonuses
