Entry-Level Legal Recruitment Consultant | April/May Start
Location: New York City Metropolitan Area
Compensation: $55,000 base uncapped commission ($75-85k 1st Year OTE)

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of a specialized legal market, developing both commercial acumen and subject-matter expertise as you:
Business Development
- Build relationships with senior legal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and advise on talent strategy
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across in-house legal teams and top law firms
- Negotiate service agreements and manage client partnerships with a consultative, high-touch approach
- Leverage proprietary data and AI tools to identify market trends and hiring demand
Candidate Engagement & Market Specialization
- Identify and engage mid-to-senior and executive-level legal professionals within your niche market
- Develop long-term relationships with high-caliber legal talent, both active and passive
- Become a go-to market expert by continuously building knowledge of legal, regulatory, and industry dynamics
Process Ownership & Advisory
- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial outreach through offer negotiation
- Act as a strategic advisor to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure a high-quality, consultative experience aligned with the seniority of the stakeholders you represent
- Maintain post-placement relationships to support long-term success and repeat business
