Role ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in sophisticated commercial disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, securities litigation, and related proceedings.Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents with precision and strategic insight.Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client counseling.Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation in collaboration with senior attorneys.Communicate effectively with clients and maintain strong relationships through proactive problem-solving and clear updates.QualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school; an active bar license from NY or NJ is required. 3-6 years of experience in commercial litigation.Insurance Coverage experience highly preferred.
