Who Are You?
You are a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse who values teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care. You enjoy mentoring caregivers, coordinating clinical care, and ensuring residents receive safe, consistent, and respectful service.
A Day in the Life:

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility procedures

Maintain accurate medication administration records and resident documentation

Monitor resident condition and communicate changes promptly to leadership and care teams
-
Support and mentor direct care staff to maintain consistent, high-quality care
-
Coordinate resident care plans, transfers, discharges, and incident reporting
-
Maintain security and organization of medication carts and nursing areas
-
Serve as a point of contact for resident and family concerns
-
Assist with staff training, safety drills, and emergency response as needed

Uphold infection control standards and regulatory compliance
-
Participate in on-call rotation one week every four weeks to support Assisted Living nursing needs
Qualifications:
-
Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of Kansas required
-
CPR Certification required
-
Previous assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
-
Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with caregiving teams
-
Must pass required physical exam and meet vaccination and TB screening requirements
