- The House Person is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of the hotel premises. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming environment for guests by supporting housekeeping operations and attending to various tasks that contribute to the hotel's high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
- Ensure all common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms are clean, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Perform routine inspections of the premises to identify areas requiring attention or maintenance.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces as needed, ensuring they are prepared to meet guest expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that may arise.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are available and in good condition.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.
