Apartment Complex Cleaner/Porter
Multifamily apartment community looking for a full-time porter to maintain common areas and conduct final cleaning of ready apartments. Position includes vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows and steam cleaning carpets. Individual will also be responsible for emptying trash can and picking up grounds.
Duties include but are not limited to:
· Cleaning all common areas on a weekly basis - i.e. gym, bathrooms, clubhouse, lounge, leasing office
· Vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows and steam cleaning carpets
· Cleaning the leasing office on a weekly basis, emptying office trash daily
· Monitoring and cleaning grounds including picking up trash, emptying garbage cans and waste stations
· Final cleaning in vacant apartments prior to tenant moving in
· Help with any on-site emergencies that may arise
Applicants must have:
· Reliable transportation
· Ability to take instructions and work well independently
· Ability to lift 50lbs
· Background Check Conducted
· Military Encouraged
· Cleaning experience of 1 years
· Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm
