Leasing Consultant – Luxury Class A Lease-Up (New Construction)
Larken Associates is seeking an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at a brand-new, luxury Class A apartment community. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new construction lease-up, helping launch a high-end community and deliver an exceptional resident experience from day one.
As a Leasing Consultant, you will work closely with the property management team to attract prospective residents, lease apartments, and provide superior customer service in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
This position requires weekend availability, which is essential during the lease-up phase.
What You’ll Do:
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into scheduled appointments
- Build rapport with prospects and conduct luxury apartment tours
- Lease and pre-lease apartments by effectively selling the community, amenities, and lifestyle
- Complete applications and prepare lease and renewal documentation
- Maintain model apartments and ensure tour paths are clean, organized, and market-ready
- Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents, including assisting with issue resolution
- Participate in marketing initiatives and community events to support lease-up goals
- Inspect models and available units to ensure they meet luxury presentation standards
- Monitor apartment grounds and communicate issues to the Property Manager
- Coordinate with maintenance to schedule service requests and track work order status
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Property Manager, Regional Manager, and/or Asset Manager
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of leasing experience (luxury and/or lease-up experience strongly preferred)
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Yardi preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Reliable transportation
- Clean criminal background
- Positive, professional, and upbeat attitude
- Ability to work weekends and thrive in a fast-paced lease-up environment
