What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating the movement of fleet vehicles between facilities, vendors, and service locations to support daily operations.
- Preparing vehicles for use by cleaning, fueling, and ensuring they are ready for technicians or customers.
- Supporting parts operations by picking up, receiving, and delivering parts, and assisting with organization and inventory.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop environment, including work areas and storage spaces.
- Assisting technicians by staging parts, supplies, and basic support tasks to keep work flowing efficiently.
- Performing basic administrative support, including data entry, record organization, and ensuring required paperwork is completed and submitted.

What we're looking for:
- Ability to safely operate and move vehicles.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance or parts, or the ability to learn quickly.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain parts, tools, and work areas in an orderly manner.
- Attention to detail in completing paperwork and entering data accurately.
- Ability to stay focused, manage tasks effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Dependability and reliability, including consistent attendance.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
All candidates will be screened for the following required minimum qualifications. Any candidate who does not meet all of the qualifications listed as required will be eliminated from the process.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- One (1) year of experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar duties and responsibilities required.
- Experience with towing a trailer is preferred.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License by date of hire required.
