Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours may vary based on operational needs, especially in the weeks leading up to and including Election Day.
This temporary assignment is expected to run from May 11 through December 18 (approximately six months).

Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Assists with general office tasks, including copying, scanning, organizing, and mail preparation.
- Inputs, updates, and maintains information within a database or spreadsheet. Verifies data accuracy, audits records, and ensures data security and confidentiality.
- Answers phones and assists with front desk duties, including answering routine questions and inquiries regarding the elections process and voter registration; directs callers and visitors to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Assists with preparation, coordination, and support for Election Judge training/facilitation.
- Assists with set-up and preparation for vote centers.
- Maintains confidential voter information.
What We're Looking For
- Temporary office based role supporting the 2026 Primary and General Elections.
- Provides assistance several weeks before, during, and after each election.
- Work is primarily conducted in the Elections Office.
- Respond to public inquiries by phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
- Provide general administrative and operational support.
All candidates will be screened for the following required minimum qualifications. Any candidate who does not meet all of the qualifications listed as required will be eliminated from the process.
- Possession of voter's registration in the State of Colorado within one (1) week of hire required.
- No convictions of election fraud, any other election offenses required.
