Office Support - Specialized Women's Services (SWS)
• Salary Range: $21.50 - $30.10 based on relevant years of experience
• Location: Loveland, Colorado (Orchards)
• Status: 20 Hours, Part-time
• Hours: Weekdays 9a-5p, flexible schedule

Role Overview:
The Specialized Women's Services (SWS) program at SummitStone provides support for women/birthing parents who are pregnant or parenting young children and are seeking treatment for substance use disorders. The Office Support position with SWS is responsible for completing program-specific administrative tasks to support the team in ensuring client and grant reporting needs are met. This position requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, a willingness to interact directly with clients in a compassionate trauma-informed manner, and the ability to work effectively with independence and as part of a small team.
Essential Duties:
• Support the SWS team with program-specific auditing and information collecting tasks, at the direction of leadership.
• Manage the ordering, tracking, delivery, and return of client supplies, as requested by SWS direct care staff.
• Track the inventory of client supplies, including approved emergency items.
• Ensure effective use of grant funds through researching cost comparisons.
• Complete monthly and daily reporting tasks to internal and external constituents as directed by leadership.
• Support Information Systems team with state mandated reporting.
• Support the registration of agency staff in SWS grant-approved trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or completion of G.E.D.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be evaluated and considered
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in administrative, customer service, or healthcare support
- Experience in behavioral health or medical office settings
- Bilingual/bi-cultural
