Job Summary: Windows Systems Administrator
- Remediate Windows OS and application software vulnerabilities through removal, patching, or upgrading of software as directed.
- Perform administration of Windows operating systems, including installing, upgrading, and removing Microsoft software and applications.
- Manage Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and related SQL Server components (OData Source, Client Tools, System CLR Types, etc.).
- Install, upgrade, and patch third-party vendor software as required.
- Automate patching and remediation activities using scripting (PowerShell) to ensure scalable and frequent operations.
- Utilize automation tools such as Ansible, BladeLogic, or similar platforms.
- Apply specialist skills in Python programming and AI, including experience with Agentic AI, CoPilot Studio, Prompt Engineering, Agent design, LangGraph, CrewAI, and Claude MCP.
- Build and deploy applications within OpenShift containers.
- Work in a hybrid setting (minimum 3 days onsite in Charlotte, NC; 2 days remote).
- Contract role for 12-18 months, with possible extension to 24 months.
