We are seeking an experienced CyberArk Administrator / PAM Engineer to join our Cyber Security team. This role will be responsible for managing and supporting Credential Management solutions, including CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms and password management systems.
The resource will support the CyberArk platform, assist with data migration into the Cyber Security environment, design and develop CyberArk solutions, and collaborate with application teams and third-party vendors to implement secure credential management processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and support CyberArk PAM solutions.
- Manage and administer large, complex CyberArk environments.
- Support CyberArk components including:
- PAS Vault
- Disaster Recovery (DR)
- Central Policy Manager (CPM)
- Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
- Password Vault Web Access (PVWA)
- Central Credential Provider (CCP)
- Conjur Platform (CP)
- Alero
- Perform application onboarding and credential migration activities.
- Develop use cases and onboarding processes for applications.
- Work with internal application teams and third-party vendors to implement CyberArk solutions.
- Perform configuration changes, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements.
- Automate workflows and operational tasks using scripting languages.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations and processes.
- Manage complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
- 7 years of administration experience supporting large-scale CyberArk environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM / PAS solutions.
- 5 years of credential management and privileged access management experience.
- 3 years of experience managing credentials/secrets in cloud or DevOps environments.
- Strong understanding of Information Security concepts, policies, and best practices.
- 7 years of Windows Server administration experience.
- 5 years of automation experience using:
- PowerShell
- Python
- Shell scripting
- Experience with databases including:
- Oracle
- Sybase
- Microsoft SQL Server
- MySQL
- Experience with directory services:
- Active Directory (AD)
- LDAP
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- CyberArk certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience working in enterprise Cyber Security environments.
- Experience with cloud security and DevOps integrations.
- Strong understanding of PAM best practices.
- Configure and maintain CyberArk components and policies.
- Support application onboarding into CyberArk.
- Review and implement configuration changes.
- Partner with application owners and vendors to resolve credential management requirements.
- Develop secure solutions for privileged account management.
- Support migration activities into Cyber Security platforms.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
