Job Summary (Structural Engineer)
- Participate in client presentations, meetings, and existing site analysis to support project goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and consultants during all project phases.
- Provide technical and analytical expertise for advanced industrial and high-tech manufacturing facility projects.
- Apply strong design, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate engineering strategies with clients and subcontractors.
- Contribute to construction phase through site visits, review of submittals and RFIs, and project delivery activities.
- Prepare and review design drawings and associated project documentation.
- Utilize structural engineering analysis software (e.g., Staad) for steel and concrete design.
- Work on both small and large teams, and coordinate with consultants.
- Use BIM software (NavisWorks and/or Revit) for project development and documentation.
- Attend project sites as needed and work hybrid (remote and in-office) schedule.
- Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
- Exhibit eagerness to learn, share innovative ideas, and contribute to best practices.
- Display passion for buildings and construction, and commitment to professional growth.
