- Design, architect, and engineer voice solutions with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Lead implementation of Five9’s Virtual Contact Center (VCC) and Verint Workforce Management.
- Oversee and execute migration from Avaya to Five9 platforms.
- Develop technical direction and strategy for voice project initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams, business units, and external Five9 implementation partners.
- Perform hands-on configuration, including creating call flows.
- Support testing and integration of CRM systems with Five9’s VCC.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the new voice platform.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements and new feature requests.
- Manage and execute voice system migrations and upgrades.
- Work independently as a self-starter and contribute effectively within a team environment.
- Learn quickly from documentation and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Interface with various IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Participate in occasional onsite meetings (travel expensed by client).
