What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tulip Delivery Lead position at Largeton Group?
Job Title: Tulip Delivery Lead
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Tulip applications across LP1 — managing the backlog, prioritizing use cases, and driving apps from requirements through go-live across shop floor digitization, quality, maintenance, and other site functions
- Build Tulip apps locally when needed — technically capable enough to develop and configure, not just manage
- Serve as the primary liaison between LP1 and the Global Tulip team — aligning on platform standards, roadmap dependencies, and reuse of global app patterns
- Field incoming Tulip questions and requests from site stakeholders — act as the go-to point of contact for "can Tulip do this?" conversations
- Drive Tulip adoption across the site — training end users, communicating value, and ensuring apps are embraced on the floor, not just deployed
- Gather and document business requirements from cross-functional partners (ops, quality, HSE, maintenance) and translate them into Tulip app designs and development plans
- Contribute to the existing Tulip Guidance Team and Office Hours cadence — bringing delivery updates, surfacing blockers, and supporting the governance framework already in place
- Establish sustainable documentation for Tulip apps — build guides, SOPs, and handoff materials so the site isn't dependent on tribal knowledge
- Hands-on Tulip platform experience — able to build, configure, and troubleshoot Tulip apps independently
- Proven delivery lead experience — comfortable managing a backlog, running stakeholder intake, and driving projects to completion without heavy oversight
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — this role is as much about fielding questions and driving adoption as it is about building
- Experience working in a matrixed environment with both local site teams and global platform organizations
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments and shop floor workflows — understanding of GxP, eBRs, SOPs, and production processes preferred
- Ability to train and upskill non-technical users on Tulip app usage and light citizen development
- Self-directed with strong documentation habits — the work needs to transfer cleanly when the contract ends
Salary : $65 - $70
