Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on Tulip platform experience — able to build, configure, and troubleshoot Tulip apps independently
Proven delivery lead experience — comfortable managing a backlog, running stakeholder intake, and driving projects to completion without heavy oversight
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — this role is as much about fielding questions and driving adoption as it is about building
Experience working in a matrixed environment with both local site teams and global platform organizations
Familiarity with manufacturing environments and shop floor workflows — understanding of GxP, eBRs, SOPs, and production processes preferred
Ability to train and upskill non-technical users on Tulip app usage and light citizen development
Self-directed with strong documentation habits — the work needs to transfer cleanly when the contract ends
