Job Summary (Test Analyst)
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases (5 years’ experience).
- Develop and maintain test plans and testing reports.
- Acquire and manage test data for various testing activities.
- Apply software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes, including User Acceptance, System Integration, Accessibility, Performance, Regression, Post Deployment Validation, and Data Conversion testing.
- Perform ADA Compliance testing using tools such as AccVerify and JAWS.
- Conduct API testing with tools like Postman and Rest Client.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using Azure DevOps.
- Perform positive, negative, and boundary testing scenarios.
- Conduct performance and load testing.
- Write clean, maintainable, object-oriented Java code for test automation.
- Automate web applications using frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, and Cypress.
- Write clear and effective Gherkin scenarios (Given/When/Then) and implement Step Definitions in Java.
- Write SQL and P-SQL queries (SELECTs, JOINs).
- Use Git for version control, including merging and pull requests.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate test results, bugs, and risks effectively to developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Ensure secure application development lifecycle (SADLC) practices.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Azure DevOps Testing Module.
- Mobile app testing for iOS and Android platforms.
- Automation using Playwright for Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG.
- Experience with Eclipse IDE.
- Knowledge of JMeter and LoadRunner for performance testing.
- Advanced proficiency with Postman for API testing.
