Job Summary (List Format): Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager Counterparty Credit Risk & Credit Limits
- Lead business analysis and project management activities related to Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR), credit exposure, credit limits, and counterparty management within investment banking.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Oversee implementation and enhancement of credit risk platforms, limit management systems, counterparty management systems, and credit reporting applications.
- Drive the design and delivery of credit dashboards, limit dashboards, exposure monitoring tools, and management reporting solutions.
- Support workflows involving credit ratings, counterparty onboarding, credit approvals, limit allocation/utilization, and exposure monitoring.
- Manage derivatives-related credit risk processes, including exposure measurement and risk-limit monitoring.
- Participate in regulatory and risk-transformation initiatives (Basel, CCAR, regulatory credit risk reporting).
- Coordinate global product rollouts, system enhancements, UAT, integration testing, defect resolution, and production releases.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, RAID logs, dependencies, risks, and status reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Credit Risk, Front Office, Risk Technology, Operations, Compliance, Data teams, and senior stakeholders.
- Ensure high standards of data quality, reporting accuracy, operational controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Utilize strong experience in business analysis, project management, and stakeholder coordination within banking or financial services.
- Apply deep knowledge of counterparty credit risk, credit limits, credit exposure, counterparty management, derivatives, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Prioritize skills in CCR, credit exposure/limits, investment banking project delivery, credit risk platforms, derivatives, dashboards, and regulatory risk transformation.
