- Serve as a developer, facilitator, and subject matter expert for applications managing complex financial business processes in large, cross-functional projects.
- Analyze current business functions and processes for effectiveness, efficiency, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate software development efforts, ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Document critical business processes and assist in business process redesign and re-engineering, especially in areas impacted by business transformation.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to quality assurance teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve software and system issues using troubleshooting tools and teamwork.
- Collaborate with distributed, cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are communicated and delivered to the highest standards.
- Develop and maintain software applications, focusing on robust and scalable solutions, especially for complex financial systems.
- Apply knowledge of trends, relevant technologies (Azure SQL, SQL Server, Oracle, Microsoft Visual Studio/.NET), and methodologies in software development.
- Balance multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
