- Lead and own technical strategy, architecture, and delivery for product teams.
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient systems, particularly in cloud-native environments.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Product Design to drive product discovery, delivery, and measurable business outcomes.
- Ensure engineering excellence by implementing best practices in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and secure-by-design approaches.
- Align product architecture with enterprise standards and effectively manage system dependencies.
- Identify, assess, and manage technical risks, including security and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX).
- Coach, mentor, and develop engineering talent to elevate technical standards and performance across teams.
- Influence enterprise architecture and engineering practices as needed to support product and business goals.
- Maintain a focus on delivering solutions that balance speed, quality, security, and reliability.
