- Serve as the Quality Assurance Lead for Enterprise Applications (ERP/CRM) team.
- Manage end-to-end testing activities, test strategy, execution, and defect management.
- Focus on high-quality deliverables and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead testing for complex business process flows (Q2C, P2P, Financials, Integrations).
- 6-month contract (potential extension); hybrid/onsite in Vernon/Los Angeles.
- Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and cases for ERP/CRM apps.
- Oversee functional, integration, regression, performance, SIT, and UAT testing.
- Validate APIs and services via manual and automated testing.
- Coordinate cross-functional/platform testing for consistent performance.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Identify, document, triage, and track defects (using JIRA or similar).
- Conduct root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide test progress updates and metrics to IT/business stakeholders.
- Contribute to automation initiatives (Selenium, Cypress, API testing, etc.).
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate quality testing teams (including offshore/third parties).
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices and industry regulations.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant QA technical experience.
- 5 years with automation testing frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, etc.).
- Proven leadership in executing test cycles for Q2C, P2P, Financials, Integrations.
- Strong functional skills in SaaS ERP/CRM (Infor Syteline, Oracle NetSuite, EPICOR, Salesforce).
- LinkedIn profile with a professional picture.
- Familiarity with Agile testing and version control systems.
- Strong understanding of APIs, test-driven/behavior-driven development.
- Test script development and automation experience.
- Prior experience with Tosca is a plus.
