Job Summary for Sr. Automation Tester (SME Level with LoadRunner & JMeter)

- Lead design, development, and execution of automated and performance test scripts for complex, multilingual form workflows.
- Own end-to-end performance testing strategy using LoadRunner and JMeter, performing load, stress, spike, and endurance testing, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Architect and maintain scalable automation frameworks (using Selenium and modern tools) to ensure reusability and maintainability.
- Drive compliance testing for LL30, validating form availability and accuracy in 12 languages.
- Define test approaches and standards based on design/requirements; establish QA best practices.
- Build and manage Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and test case documentation linked to user stories and business rules.
- Identify and escalate system design deficiencies, business rule issues, and performance bottlenecks; provide root cause analysis and remediation guidance.
- Serve as QA liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and engineers; clearly communicate test findings and drive resolution.
- Analyze current systems and processes and offer improvements based on client feedback and identified gaps.
- Mentor peers, influence delivery outcomes, and lead QA efforts on government compliance initiatives.
- 9 years QA experience (minimum 2 in Lead/Senior roles).
- SME-level expertise in LoadRunner and JMeter (scripting, scenario design, analysis, reporting).
- Advanced skills in automation tools (Selenium, QTP/UFT, Visual Studio, etc.), including framework development.
- 5 years experience with automation script creation and management.
- Strong SQL Server skills for data validation and backend verification.
- Experienced in developing RTMs and translating user stories into test cases.
- Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum testing methodologies and use of JIRA for defect/test management.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with government/public sector or regulatory compliance projects.
- Familiarity with multilingual/accessibility mandates (LL30, ADA, Section 508).
- CI/CD pipeline integration experience (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Proficiency with Balsamiq or MS Visio for workflow/process documentation.
