What are the responsibilities and job description for the Onshore Test Lead position at Largeton Group?
Job Summary (List Format)
- Serve as Onshore Test Lead for automation testing of a high-performance, consumer-facing connectivity platform.
- Lead and manage day-to-day QA/testing activities for both UI and backend services automation projects.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver and API testing tools (such as Postman, RestAssured).
- Define test strategies, automation frameworks, and detailed execution plans based on project objectives.
- Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous regression testing.
- Mentor and guide junior testers, reviewing their scripts and ensuring automation best practices.
- Track testing progress, manage and document defects, and report quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Ensure thorough testing for edge cases, system integration, and performance.
- Utilize agile QA practices, and participate actively in Agile development processes.
- Work onsite at client offices in Houston or Chicago at least 2 days per week.
