Job Summary (Product Analyst Chicago Illinois)
- Support global deployment of the Colleague Advantage system for Front Office teams
- Analyze and report on system analytics to inform business decisions
- Translate business requirements into user stories and documentation for hotel and corporate teams
- Collaborate with Product Engineering to communicate user needs and manage project timelines
- Work with deployment teams to understand regional requirements and prioritize system enhancements
- Troubleshoot and support configuration settings for deployments
- Design, document, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases and scenarios
- Recommend procedural improvements for new and existing system solutions
- Evaluate business operations during product or procedural investigations
- Oversee standardization of applications supporting business processes
- Requires 5 years of hospitality experience (Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Reservations, or Recreation)
- Preferred experience with Opera PMS, Colleague Advantage, HotSOS, Zingle, Sertifi, and credit card processes
- May require global travel; must be local to Chicago
