Job Summary For Patch Management Analyst
- Identify, track, and remediate patch vulnerabilities across enterprise systems (servers, workstations, system devices).
- Manage patch-related incidents, tasks, and change requests, ensuring timely ticket updates and resolution.
- Monitor and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to patch management.
- Collaborate with IT support, business, and solution teams to coordinate patching efforts and remediate vulnerabilities.
- Utilize and support IT tools such as Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM/MECM/SCCM), Intune, ServiceNow, PowerShell, Rapid7, PatchMyPC, Windows OS, Power BI, Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, and Linux OS.
- Design, build, and deploy software patch updates and installation packages using EPS team tools.
- Support patch management projects and cross-departmental collaboration activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance vulnerability remediation efficiency and system stability.
- Requires a Bachelor s degree in information systems or related field and 3 years experience in IT vulnerability management, IT application support, IT networking, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; experience in the financial-banking industry is preferred.
