Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into user stories and documentation
Collaborate with product engineering and deployment teams to align timelines and priorities
Support troubleshooting, configuration, and system enhancements
Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios
Recommend process improvements based on operational analysis
Ensure standardization of applications supporting business needs
Required Skills (with Years)
Hospitality operations (Front Office, Guest Services, Reservations, etc.) 5 years
Business analysis and requirement gathering 5 years
