Job Summary: Oracle EPM Functional Business Analyst (Oak Brook, IL)
- Lead full-cycle delivery of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, managing all project phases from scoping to post-implementation support.
- Enhance and develop planning frameworks for forecasts, budgets, scenario analysis, and various financial processes (workforce, CAPEX, cash flow).
- Optimize financial consolidation and close processes including intercompany transactions and currency adjustments using FCCS.
- Streamline account reconciliation workflows through automation, integration, and transaction matching within ARCS.
- Implement metadata governance models and automate data management processes with EDMCS.
- Facilitate enterprise data integration using advanced pipelines and API integration.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to ensure effective project governance and maximize user engagement.
- Act as a liaison with finance leadership to ensure business alignment and adoption of EPM initiatives.
- Apply extensive Oracle EPM Cloud experience (10 years), especially in planning, budgeting, consolidation, and reconciliation.
- Utilize strong techno-functional expertise in FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and PCMCS modules.
- Hold Oracle EPM certification (e.g., Enterprise Planning Management Implementation Essentials).
- Develop integrated EPM solutions spanning multiple functions and technologies.
- Drive user adoption and process improvements within enterprise environments.
- Leverage in-depth financial operations and business analysis knowledge.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Work fully onsite in Oak Brook, IL (Chicagoland area).
