What's the Job?
- Provide Level 2/3 application support for cloud-based enterprise applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Execute daily maintenance activities, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
- Identify, document, and manage client business and functional requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
- Assess client needs and develop detailed functional specifications to meet their unique objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore members, to enhance software development and deployment processes within an Agile-SCRUM framework.
- Minimum six years of experience in post-production, managed services support, or consulting, working directly with clients.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in management information systems, finance, supply chain, or related fields.
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of cloud applications, especially Oracle EPM, FLUX, TRCS, and EDMCS.
- Experience with upgrades, functional testing, and understanding of ITIL, ITSM, and service desk management frameworks.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
