Job Summary – Infor LN Cloud Consultant (Long Island, NY)
- Role: Infor LN Cloud Consultant
- Location: Two weeks onsite in Long Island, NY, then remote
- Rapidly assess the current Infor LN Cloud environment and identify gaps
- Directly engage with both users and leadership to rebuild trust in the system
- Introduce and implement best practices (processes and work instructions) quickly
- Provide hands-on support across operations and supply chain workflows
- Train end users and drive system adoption
- Communicate effectively, confidently, and frequently with all stakeholders
- Demonstrate immediate impact and quick wins
- Address and fix negative perceptions of the system
- Extensive experience with Infor LN Cloud (required)
- Background in consulting or as an implementation partner
- Experience with post-go-live stabilization or recovery projects
- Strong personality: able to challenge, lead, and influence
- Exceptional communicator with executive presence
- Comfortable in high-pressure, turnaround situations
- Proven track record of:
- Turning around failed implementations
- Driving user adoption
- Fixing broken business processes
- Not afraid to have tough conversations and take control of meetings
- High-pressure, short-term initial engagement with potential for long-term opportunity
- Must be onsite in Long Island for initial 2 weeks
- Communication skills and leadership presence are prioritized over technical depth
- Immediate start required—client is moving quickly
- Ability to show examples of rapid turnaround, adoption improvement, and process fixes
- Demonstrated strong leadership and influence in challenging environments
- Take control of the room” attitude and presence
Salary : $70 - $75
