Job Summary (Data Product Manager)
- Build and manage data products to support Adobe’s data-driven B2B initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical tasks (Jira stories) for data engineering and BI teams.
- Own project delivery timelines and provide technical program management as needed.
- Develop compelling dashboards and reports using DBX/Databricks, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and ad hoc reporting tools.
- Prepare and present insights, prototypes, and executive review materials.
- Identify and source relevant data to address business challenges.
- Write complex database queries (DBX, SQL Server T-SQL) for data analysis.
- Create and maintain excellent documentation and contribute to Wiki/Confluence.
- Facilitate communication between business, data engineering, and BI development teams.
- Support data migration projects (on-premises to DBX platforms).
- Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Utilize advanced Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
- Leverage 5 years of data analytics experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Preference for candidates with product management and technical program management experience.
