- Serve as a senior Business Analyst/Project Manager specializing in IBM OpenPages implementations, configurations, and enhancements.
- Translate functional business requirements into OpenPages configurations (modules, schema, workflows, calculations, task-focused UIs).
- Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT/development teams; run scrum meetings and facilitate Agile processes.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, and production validation for OpenPages releases.
- Design, optimize, and maintain reporting, dashboards, and control monitoring tools in OpenPages and related analytics platforms.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and traceability across OpenPages modules and integrated source systems.
- Track and manage a backlog of features, enhancements, and bug fixes using Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Collaborate with OpenPages developers, vendors, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions and upgrades.
- Document user stories, process flows, and functional requirements for risk, audit, and compliance initiatives.
- Apply expertise in risk and control frameworks (PRCs, Issue Management, KRIs, Loss Event Reporting) and enterprise risk governance.
- Work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating leadership, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Operate effectively within a complex, global organization spanning multiple business units.
- Required: 8 years’ experience in operational risk, audit, compliance, or finance risk, plus 8 years in business analysis and project management.
- Must have hands-on OpenPages experience and a stable employment history (no job hoppers).
Salary : $70 - $71
