Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with care.
• Operate cleaning equipment and manage special fabric treatments when necessary to preserve delicate textiles.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces to uphold our high standards of hygiene.
• Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff.
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate daily tasks and ensure timely completion of all housekeeping duties.

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or similar hospitality roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with laundry processes and equipment operation is highly advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
